Mutton Teh
Mutton Teh is another version of the Bak Kut Teh, only that it is brewed with mutton instead of pork. Mutton soup is a Hainanese soup which is boiled with mutton meat and served with steaming white rice or noodles. Alternatively, mutton can be substituted with any meats of your preferred choice. A bowl of piping hot Mutton Teh is most ideal during cold seasons or rainy days because the soup has been known to help keep our body warm and prevents flu. Medicinal herbs that are used to cook Mutton Teh also has lots of nutritional values. People who are anaemic or often fall sick can drink Mutton Teh to help “strengthen” their bodies.
