Ingredients: Jin Soon Bak Kut Teh Spice Sachet, 20 small garlics, 1kg of pork rib and 1 spoon full of light soy sauce
Step 1, boil 3 litres of water |
Step 2, add 20 small garlics to boiling water |
Step 3, add 1 Jin Soon Bak Kut Teh sachet to boiling water |
Step 4, add 1kg of pork ribs to stew and let the rib’s flavour to be “extracted” into the stew |
Step 5, add 1 spoonful of light soy sauce to give the stew a mild salty taste |
Step 6, boil the soup in medium heat for 60 minutes and a tasty stew of pork rib soup will be ready to be served |
